DO I PAY LESS THE LARGER MY ORDER?
Yes. Our wholesale pricing is based on volume, so the more you order the less you pay. It is a feature that is built into our system.
WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM TO BE CONSIDERED A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER?
To be considered a wholesale customer you must order a minimum of $150 of products. There is also a preliminary form that is completed by the client to be considered a wholesale customer.
I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER. WHERE'S MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please do not worry! If you do not see a confirmation email in your primary inbox check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails like to play hide and seek. If you still did not find your confirmation email please send us an email (email@example.com) with your name, order number, and message.
HOW DO I SAMPLE THE TEA BEFORE FINALIZING MY PURCHASE?
We have put together a sample package for our wholesale customers. This will allow you to sample some of our top selling teas prior to your purchase. The package includes 20 teas for $20 not including tax/ shipping.
CAN I ORDER INDIVIDUAL INGREDIENTS VIA WHOLESALE?
We do sell the individual ingredients for you to blend your own teas; we call them Simplici-teas. Availability is based on ingredients that we have on hand. We do not order special ingredients unless we are in the process of placing an order of ingredients we need or if your order amount exceeds $500 and ingredients are in stock at our suppliers; shipping times vary - usually 14 business days from time order is placed.
I AM AN EXISTING WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE OR CONTINUE WITH THE WAY I PREVIOUSLY PLACED MY ORDERS?
We have created the wholesale website to be able to accommodate and serve your tea needs at a more efficient capacity. Placing your order online via the wholesale website will allow for the quickest reply as well as the most efficient processing time. Our wholesale department is available to communicate with you regarding any questions. I AM EXCITED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME ON THE SIZE ORDER I PLACED?
Our online orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. For most orders we ship USPS Priority Mail which takes about 1-3 business days or ship USPS Ground which takes about 2-8 business days. However, there may be times when USPS experience delays, which we have absolutely no control over: at that point it is just a waiting game.
I AM IN ATLANTA, CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP AT THE STORE?
Yes, you can select “pick up” at the time of checkout. Select which location and we will send a notification when your order is ready. Pick up orders are typically ready within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAID MY TEA SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Check your emails and find your USPS tracking number. If it says your package has been delivered, but it hasn't arrived, double check the address entered at the time of the order to be sure there are no errors there. If still no package, reach out to us at email@example.com with your name, tracking number, and order number.
